Once a beloved fixture along the Spring Lake beachfront, the Grand Victorian Hotel was thoughtfully reimagined as the ICONA Grand Victorian through a full-scale design transformation led by the Cury Design Studio team.

Our goal was to breathe new life into the hotel while honoring the timeless charm and character that have made this special property a destination for generations. From thoughtfully layered interiors to elevated coastal details, every space was designed to create a fresh, welcoming experience that feels both sophisticated and deeply connected to its historic seaside setting. This project was a true team effort and an exciting opportunity to help usher a beloved beachfront hotel into its next chapter.
